Saturday - 50 minutes in the pool with no shoulder pain (which has been an issue for a few weeks) and 2.5 hours on the bike in the basement.
Sunday - 80 minute run (with no knee pain which as been an issue since last weekend's Tripocalyspe).
I'm fairly tired but excited as the workouts were definitely a step up from what my training plan called for in the last few weeks as well as I completed them all without injury issues. As I write I'm laying on the couch enjoying the accomplishment and feeling pretty much "on track" for IMMT in August!
