Men's Land Sign Upon Us?

Conferring tonight with Don about a possible Men's Land sign and feeling pretty inept at describing what it should be, but here is what I've shared so far.

The space the sign will go has dimensions of 37.5 by 15.25. It will be placed on drywall overhead as you go downstairs, and shows in the picture below roughly outlined in blue.

I'm envisioning something that says:
Men's Land
est. 2008

Thoughts: block M in Men's, "Let's Go Blue" in script somewhere, maybe something with a UM sports photo in the background--football helmets?, something that looks cool and manly---not like a pile of crap on a parking garage floor.

Maybe something that looks similar this in terms of lettering:
