Steph put together a great party to help console me as I turned 40 years old yesterday. I'm lucky to be married to her--and not just on the days she throws parties for me. Party attendees included: Mom, Dad, Suzie, Steve, Patty, Adam, Edna Mae, Jim, Kristen, Chip, Aunt Mary, Sara, Shari, Cal, Jayne, Chris, Lauren and Devon Caris, Steve, Spencer and Carter Caris, Luther Corbitt, Meg DuRant, Stu Smith, Ruth Smith, Dave Chomet, Mike and Kim Muncie, Curt and Mary Jane Swanson, Tom and Kelly Clarkson, and Adam and Poppy Krause. Of course Steph and Ryan were in attendance too.
I had a great time at the party, not getting to sleep until 2 AM and after winning the air hockey tournament in Men's Land. Yeah, I know, you aren't supposed to win the game at your house but it was my birthday and I was ruling the rink! :-)
